1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qa77 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and customer support features available at qa77.im. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety.

qa77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an on-screen notification upon next login. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with qa77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qa77 is strictly a 21+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, Bangladesh at the time of account registration and any subsequent transactions.
• You must register using your own true and complete personal details. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or be subject to any other restriction that prohibits you from gambling online.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

qa77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all registered players. This process protects both our players and the integrity of the platform. You may be required to submit identification documents before any withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your account lifetime at our discretion.

Accepted Identity Documents

Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. All documents must be valid, undamaged, and clearly legible. qa77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents — such as a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months — to verify your address or the source of funds.

Verification Timeline

Once you submit your KYC documents, our compliance team aims to complete verification within 24 to 72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. If verification fails or required documents are not supplied within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised, qa77 may cancel the withdrawal and return the funds to your playing balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

qa77 supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You may not withdraw to a different account, card, or wallet than the one used to fund your qa77 account. Processing times vary by payment method but qa77 aims to release approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval (Bangladesh Standard Time).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qa77 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

A standard wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports betting contributes 100% of settled single bets. Multi-leg accumulator bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

Bonus Abuse Policy

qa77 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, irregular betting patterns identified by our risk system, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. If bonus abuse is detected, qa77 may void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, or close the account in question. All decisions made under this policy are final.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on qa77 are governed by the specific rules of each game or sport, as published on the relevant game page or via the provider's official rule set. The following general betting conduct rules apply across all products:

• Bets accepted in error (e.g., due to system faults, manifest pricing errors, or data feed issues) may be voided at the discretion of qa77. In such cases, your stake will be returned in full.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, settle according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. In cases of match abandonment, suspension, or reduction in overs, specific rules for that market will apply.
• Live casino games (including Roulette, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and game shows from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) follow the official table rules as presented by the live dealer. Malfunction voids play and all affected bets will be refunded.
• Slot games and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe and other Pragmatic Play titles) operate on certified RNG systems. Historical spin outcomes have no bearing on future results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title are available upon request.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qa77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of qa77 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity.

Permitted Use

You may view, cache, and print pages from qa77.im for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, publication, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the platform's content requires prior written consent from qa77.

Prohibited Use

You must not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, spider, or data-harvesting technology to access, monitor, or copy any portion of the platform without express written permission. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with qa77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qa77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

• qa77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.
• Third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Netent, Microgaming, and Ezugi) are solely responsible for the operation and availability of their individual game titles. qa77 accepts no liability for downtime, errors, or disputes arising directly from a third-party provider's game engine or software.
• Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By using the qa77 platform, you acknowledge that online sports betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk, and that you are solely responsible for all decisions you make on the platform, including the decision to wager real money.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

qa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgment, the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or in a manner that is harmful to qa77, other players, or third parties. Grounds for suspension or termination include — but are not limited to — fraud, money laundering, identity theft, self-exclusion breaches, chargebacks, and abusive conduct directed at our support staff.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method within 14 working days. If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, qa77 is not obligated to return any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or amounts obtained through fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the qa77 platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution body. qa77 will cooperate fully with any such process. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within 12 months of the date the cause of action first arose, after which any claim shall be time-barred.
